Functional keys in ca7 are the Short keys which are used to display specific command
if we press some key these keys are called Functional keys.
For Example take a command Demand, job= #, schdid= # for this if we set up
a functional key it will display directly this command by pressing functional key
from key board with out typing manually. This will improve permanence.
